What a fun wine the Bum Bum Cha from Nestarec is. One barrel of pressed Riesling needed to be topped up and some direct press Blaufränkisch was right next to it so… The result of this mix was so delicious that Milan’s first rosé pet nat was born. Expect a wild nose, light sparkle and a lot of aromas: raspberry, pomegranate and red currant with stony finish.
